1. Must have an International Driving License or Tourist Driving License is required for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationalities.

2. The rental rates are unlimited mileage, includes taxes and service charges and inclusive of car insurance. Full insurance coverage when risk access

3. Self-driving rental rates are for 24 hours a day. In the event of additional hours, the renter will be charged @ 10% from prcie list per-hour. If you wish to extend use of the car please inform us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise the car may be pre-booked by another party. If the renter does not inform the rental company, more than 48 hours after expiry date and time, the rental company has right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, all risk and act taken by police department will be the renter responsible.

4. The renter will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or part of it, if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field, etc.).

5. The renter, will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter, in contract.

6. It is not permitted to drive the car to outside the island without approval of car rental company.

7. An advance deposit is not needed to make a booking, and your car rental would be prepared on your requested date and time.

8. All payments are to be paid in full, in cash upon signing of contract. Payment made in cash, Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (US $) with converting rate exchange. Payment  must be made through bank transfer to our bank accounts or cash payment.

9. If the renter wishes to return the vehicle prior to end of contract period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged. One-day rental charge will be charged to renter who cancels their reservation less than 24 hours/on delivery day. Refunds do not apply to insurance.

11.  Prohibitions on the Car Usage During the use of the rental car, the Renter is prohibited to do the following
To use the car for bringing goods or loading the car in excess of the standard weight limitation determined by the factory To use the car for purposes contrary to the law To drive the car under the influence of drugs or alcoholic drink To make modification upon the original shape of the car, to add or omit genuine equipment and or accessories of the car To use the car for demonstration, race, rally and political campaign To transfer the ownership, to pledge, to re-rent to other parties or to use the car for commercial purposes To carry strongly smelled luggage To carry chemical materials, which should be carried by appropriate vehicles           o To use the car recklessly           o To use the car for driving lesson. Any consequences arising from violation of the above provisions will be the responsibility of the Renter

12. Rental with Driver
The Renter is prohibited to drive the rented car personally if the car rental is with a driver For every excess of the driver's service use, the Renter will be imposed a surcharge per hour as stated in the price list (which will be attached in due course or at the time signing of the Rental Agreement) The Renter shall sign the driver's working schedule at the beginning and at the end of service Overnight Charge (OC) : Is the charge imposed for the use of the driver's service in town for a minimum of 12 hours and above 11.00 p.m Sleep out charge is the charge imposed for the use of the driver's service for an out of town trip if the driver has to stay overnight for such trip
